Today I caught the bus from Cranmore Lane, Aldershot
to Farnham town centre at 8.30am. I was informed by
the driver that I was unable to buy a return ticket as
my journey was before 9am. Why?

The single journey cost me £2.30 (the return ticket
was £3.60).

If the Stagecoach and the council want to encourage
people to leave their cars at home, prices need to
come down. As long as the bus company is run by a
profit-making company, prices will stay high.
