The dark times we live in and how you can get rich next week by Pat Franklin

What are you doing this weekend?  Would you like to pile up some treasure in heaven?  Right now, the gospel is going out to countries where it is not welcome, where Christians cannot preach openly and are not allowed to give out Bible tracts.  They are in line for great rewards, and you can share in that too!

There is a harvest to get in, and laborers are out there now in the fields trying to bring in some of the sheaves.

In the many dark lands where governments love rituals and dead religions, but hate Jesus, there are still workers with Jesus in their hearts and good news to share – that the Lord of Glory died for sinners and opened the door of heaven for anyone who puts their trust in Him.

As faithful people carry the gospel out, there will be eternal fruit, somehow, some way.

If you want a share of the reward these people will get, be on your knees next week.  Pray that they will have boldness, and that God will bring people to them whose hearts are ready to repent and accept Jesus.

Will lost sinners be transferred from the kingdom of Satan to the kingdom of our beloved Lord?  Will the angels be rejoicing in heaven as perhaps only one sinner (or many!) repents of their sins and opens his or her heart to Jesus?  Will there be eternal rewards for anyone?   You better believe it, folks!

How I wish I could say more, but at least we can join in the work by praying for all this.

'But when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do, for they think that they will be heard for their many words.' (People who say the rosary repeat the 'Hail Mary' prayer 53 times and the 'Our Father' six times.)
