Reiki is occult healing.  The word means ‘supernatural consciousness’ or ‘universal life force’.  It is spiritual, and from the realm of fallen angels, which are now demons.  Hence, reiki is occult, demonic, and dabbling in it is playing with fire – hellfire.

Reiki is sometimes defined as the energy which unifies the universe.  The Bible tells us what really unifies the universe – that Jesus is holding everything together (Colossians 1:17).  Jesus provides the glue – not demonic reiki. 

Reiki is said to be a ‘healing tool’ – but it is not from God.  Reiki healing is hands on, or hands hovering over the sick person, or distant healing.  The truth is – Satan can deceptively ‘heal’ people.  But we have found that they invariably get something even worse, and that cannot be healed. 

 Why is this?  Because the Bible tells us Satan’s true objective – to steal, kill, and destroy (John’s gospel 10:10).  He does not want to heal you, but will sometimes provide an apparent healing via one of the occult channels – reiki, channelling, prayer by spiritualist mediums etc.  Suddenly your headache stops.  Then six months later you learn you have Parkinson’s or similar, and reiki will not help at all. We know of such cases. 

What has happened?  Satan has tricked you.  He has cheated you.  You thought you were being healed of something, and it seemed to go away, for awhile at least.  Then you get something much worse.  You have opened yourself up to the demonic, the occult, and  Satan has stolen your health; now he plans to kill you and destroy your chance at eternal life.  He comes to steal, kill, and destroy, and He is good at it.  

What can you do in this terrible situation?  The Bible has the only answer – repent and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, the only One who can save you.  That is the whole reason Jesus, God in the flesh, came to earth as a man – ‘that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life.’ John 3:16

 Jesus said there were two ways in life – the narrow way (faith in Him) which leads to Heaven, and the broad way, the way to destruction, to Hell.  Jesus said that most people would choose the broad way.  The broad way includes every false religion, every form of the dark supernatural, and basically, every way that avoids exclusive faith in Him and His atoning sacrifice at Calvary.  Every other way, however good it might seem, is a wrong way.

 There are millions of wrong ways, but only ONE right way of repentance and faith in Christ.  Jesus said:  ‘I am the way, the truth and the life; no one comes to the Father except throughMe.’ John’s gospel 14:6.  There is only one way for a stick to be straight, but millions of ways for a stick to be crooked.

 Reiki is one of the wrong, crooked ways.  It leads people to Hell.  Some can become possessed by demons in this life, and that is a miserable state.  Hell is even more miserable, and it is forever.

 Knowing Jesus in this life is possible for everyone.  He said that whoever comes to Him, He will NEVER turn them away and no one will snatch them out of His hand.  

A prayer: ‘Lord Jesus, is this true?  Is reiki demonic and bad?  I need to know the truth!  Please show me.  Please help me get on the narrow path that You said leads to Heaven.  Please save me from the bad supernatural.’ 

Now read the New Testament so that you can find out the truth and come to a living faith in Jesus Christ.  And find a church that believes in the Bible.  Don’t let Satan cheat you.  He is after your soul.  Cry out to God today for salvation!  You have sins - everybody does - and you need Jesus to forgive you.
