The only coronation worth attending by Pat Franklin

For all those grieving as Britain gears up for the coronation, here is a beautiful coronation anthem, but it is not for the man in Buckingham Palace.  It begins:  ‘As the nations rage, kingdoms rise and fall; There is still one King reigning over all…’  Read on for the rest.  It will thrill your soul.  We sang it for the first time at the church we attend in England last Sunday, but I could hardly sing at all for the lump in my throat and the tears in my eyes.

‘As the nations rage, kingdoms rise and fall

There is still one King reigning over all

So I will not fear for this truth remains

That my God is the Ancient of Days

Chorus

None above him none before Him

All of time is in His hands

For His throne it shall remain and ever stand

All the power all the glory

I will trust in His name

For my God is the Ancient of Days

Verse 2

Though the dread of night overwhelms my soul

He is here with me I am not alone

His love is sure

And He knows my name

For my God  is the Ancient of Days

Verse 3

What the future brings I will watch and wait

For the Savior King and my joy complete

Standing face to face in the presence of

The Ancient of Days

You can hear this wonderful song by typing ‘City Alight Ancient of Days song’ into Google.

The Lord Jesus Christ really is the King of kings and His church is His bride.  He is really coming back to the earth He created, first to call His Bride out, and later coming back with all of us to set up His kingdom and reign with a rod of iron on His restored planet.

It is all true and the Bible prophecies give us a sequence of events.

1  All believers in Christ, both living and dead, rise up to meet our beloved Savior in the air.  1 Thes 4:13-18; 1 Cor 15:51; John 14 and other scriptures.

2  The terrible seven years which Jesus calls The Great Tribulation unrolls.  Book of Revelation chapters 6-19.

3  King Jesus returns to destroy all His enemies.  Satan is bound in the Abyss, the Bottomless Pit (possibly the centre of the earth), for 1,000 years. Book of Revelation 20:1-6

4  Psalm 24 is fulfilled as the King of Glory enters Jerusalem, the true Triumphal Entry!  Every knee will bow, every tongue proclaim Him Lord to the glory of God the Father.  Philippians 2:10-11

5  His kingdom comes!

6   The topography of the earth is realigned so that Jerusalem is the highest place and the King of kings rules from there. Every mountain and hill are brought low.  Isaiah 40:4, Luke 3:5

7  At the Sheep and Goat Judgement all those who rejected the Lord Jesus are sent to Hades.  The sheep go into His 1,000 year kingdom.  Matthew 25:31-46

8  Lord Jesus restores His earth to its original glory.  The cities are gone; the animals are all herbivores again and there is true global peace as swords are beaten into plowshares.  Isaiah 2:4 and many other scriptures.

9  At the end of the 1,000 years is the dreadful Great White Throne Judgement, Revelation 20, the judgement of the damned, when all those who have rejected Jesus are thrown into the Lake of Fire.  Freemasons say they will be at this judgement in their little white lambskin aprons, showing their good works, and they are probably  right.  They need to check this out in the Bible and repent now.  Their good deeds are like filthy rags.  Isaiah 64:6

There is so much more, but enough for now.  The King is surely coming and He told us to be watching and ready when He suddenly comes in the clouds for believers.  Won’t you tell Him today that you love Him and ask Him to forgive all your sins and make you ready for when He comes?

He who forms mountains, and creates the wind, who declares to man what his thought is, and makes the morning darkness, who treads the high places of the earth - the Lord God of hosts is His name.
