'The world is over populated.' Many would have us believe that, but it is not true.
God says: ‘Be fruitful and multiply, fill the earth and subdue it…’ Genesis 1:28 The earth is not over populated, nor could it ever be, because God’s Word stands. He has not added a codicil to the Bible saying: 'OK, stop, that's enough; you're having too many babies!'
If you drive across England, Scotland, Wales or Canada, the United States or France, the only countries I have ever travelled through, you will soon see that there is a lot of room and it is mostly empty. I suspect the same is true of every other country of any size, including India and China.
“But we need that land to grow crops.” Nonsense. Many countries pay farmers NOT to grow crops. We have a superabundance of food. So why are some people going hungry? Not because of over population, but because of man’s evil, because of corrupt politicians, wars and human greed.
But surely India is over populated? Only with rats, which eat so much of the food that people don’t have enough. It is India’s religion which causes hunger, not over population.
“But we are so overcrowded.” Only because we all clump up together in cities and large towns. If we would spread out more, we would find there is plenty of room for all, no matter how many children we have.
In Britain they won’t let people build on most of the land, so yes, we are crowded into small houses and flats. It is a political decision, nothing to do with having too many babies. One big regret of my life is that I did not marry young and have a large family. I believe that the world is under populated.
Certainly the western countries are. We are having to allow large numbers of immigrants in because there is no one to do many of the jobs. Why is there no one to do the jobs? Because we have murdered millions of our babies who could now be fine, strong citizens, doing the jobs.
God, in His incredible mercy, forgives us individually, if we repent, but nationally we are under His divine judgment. We will not get away with it... Do not listen to the flawed mathematics of doomsters who predict famine caused by overpopulation. Famines will come. We know that because the Lord told us in Matthew 24. But they will not be caused by families having too many babies. God loves babies; in fact it is He who forms them in the womb.
Since I found the truth (Jesus is the Truth) at the age of 36, more and more I realise that the love of the truth is one thing which marks out the true Christian. The Lord Jesus said that His Father wants those who will worship Him in spirit and in truth. It is high time, dear fellow believer, that we embraced the truth and rooted out the lies.
The grim Georgia Guidestones, now mysteriously blown up (look it up if you don't know about this), with the supposed new Ten Commandments, have as Number 1: Reduce the population of earth to 500,000. Oh, great, just get rid of 12 out of every 13 people. So the god of the greenies wants us dead. This is also the plan of Bill Gates, who said this in a Ted talk with Henry Kissinger, now strangely removed from the web
As they always say, you couldn't make it up.
Time to put your faith in the true God, folks. Put your faith in the Lord Jesus now and ask Him, beg Him, to forgive all your horrible sins. If you think you are so good that you have no sin, read the gospel of Matthew chapters 5,6, and 7, and see how you measure up.
If you will put your faith in the Lord Jesus and ask Him to forgive all your sins and be your Savior, He will certainly do it. He will never turn anyone away because He has promised to accept all who come to Him in faith.
If you have no faith, pray and ask God for some! Don't take any excuse or use any feeble get-out clause to keep you from God's free offer of salvation. Jesus Christ died and shed His holy blood for you. His sacrifice is all that saves us - that He died for our sins, was buried and rose to life again on the third day.
Or you can turn up your foolish nose, turn your back on God the Father, despise His Son, grieve His Holy Spirit, and trample on Jesus' holy blood. Make up your mind.
