That peaceful religion of Islam has once again shown its gracious and merciful nature, this time in Pakistan – by condemning Asia Bibi, a mother of five, to be hung for supposedly ‘blaspheming’ the prophet
Mohammed.
Never
mind that she denies it.
Never mind that nearly 700,000 people around the world have signed a Voice of the Martyrs petition asking for mercy.
Never mind that she has endured five years prison already!
That helpless little lady must die!
As a muslim Arab lady told me once:
‘There is no mercy in Islam.’
No indeed.
But there is an ocean of oppression, a tidal wave of tyranny, hatred enough to flood a whole continent.
Hatred enough to deprive five children of their beloved mother.
